    Warranty deed
    A couple of years ago I got into a Subject to Mortgage and the investor was in the process of selling the home but with the housing industry at the moment is cause him more harm than good. Anyhow, he has agreed to transfer the deed back to me, I want to know can I get a real estate attonery to draw up the paper and what is an estimate price to get it done? I live in Florida.
