    Summons from attorney
I received a summons from an attorney for FiA card services requesting sum of 16,247.99 plus interest from 2008. The letter says I need to serve an answer or defense within 20 days. I do not deny the claim, just that I could not afford payments at that time. I was making high payments and not getting no where due to high interest. I do however want to settle this. I obviously cannot pay the entire amount and need to set up payment arrangements. (I turned it over to a debt solutions program when it was with the credit card services) How do I go about filing an answer? I do not know what to say or what to do.
