Hi,

I am working on L visa through company A and applied for H1 through another consulting company and got it approved. I applied using consular process so even though it is approved it is stamped yet to be active. Now my question can I use this approved visa and stamp it under company C (kind of H1 Transfer) bypassing stamping under company B and do a transfet to Company C? Adv Thanks for your reply/advise
