There is no code or restriction as to the maximum quantity of outlets on a circuit in a residential installation.

The code for all others, such as commercial, industrial, etc. is 180 va(watts) per outlet, which means, a 15 amp circuit can have a max of 1800 watts, or 10 outlets.

This code is often used as a guideline in residential. Not necessary to follow, but, if these outlets will be used with a great deal of load, you may want to consider installing more than one circuit.

The Canadian Electrical Code suggests allowing at least 1A per outlet. The maximum number of outlets that is permitted on a circuit is 12.

    A 15A circuit can have a maximum load of 80% 15A = 12A (don't forget that 80% rule! )
