    Tenants by the entirety.
    Property owned as tenants by the entirety. One of the parties has passed away, What is staties of ownership? All expenses have been paid by remaining party.

    The property now belongs to the survivor.

    To clarify the question. Property owned as tenants by the entirety. One of the parties (who were married), has passed away. What is status of ownership? All expenses have been paid by remaining party, such as, taxes and upkeep of the property.

    Yes. As I said, it belongs to the surviving spouse.

    Expenses are immaterial to the question.
