    How to get and how long is the process of sole custody?
    I am a mother of 2 kids.. ages 7 and 2.. my 1st daughter is on a previous relationship while the 2nd child of mine is with my fiancée whom am getting married really soon,I want to ask if how long is the process of sole custody.. well my fiancée sponsored us to migrate to australia, but we are having problems right now because of the consent.. I asked for my ex consent as the father of my child and since the day he send me the consent I haven't receive it yet.. our due date is coming so the immigration asked me to file a sole custody so we can all travel.. please help me.. what to do.. I don't know what else to do the time is running short for me.. please I badly need a help

    What country was the child born in.. Are they a citizen of that country ?
