    Weight loss
    Hey I was just wondering how could I lose like lots of weight and specialy from my thies and but and belly cause is making me go crazy and I'm not always good at following diets if you can help me tell me what to do

    What kind of foods do you eat?

    Cut out fast foods, junk foods, processed foods

    Switch to sea salt, whole grains, olive oil,

    Stay away from diet drinks and foods
    Many drinks (even the healthy ones) contain artificial sweeteners so drink hone brewed teas and organic juices.

    Fuse, Snapple and Lipton are not even good drinks.

    Also eat unsweetened yogurt and take digestive enzymes
