Hi,
I remember seeing a movie as a kid where there is a supercar

The supercar has an ability to make a ramp of the front hood so if an enemy car is coming head on the enemy car jumps right over the supercar.

The only other thing I remember from the movie is that there is a guy who has a suit with mechanical wings that he uses to glide.

I can't remember anything else about the movie.

I believe it was made in the 80s or 70s.

The only thing that comes to mind on this was the "B" picture done by H.B. Halicki (independent film maker of original "Gone in 60 Seconds". He made a movie, either "Gone in 60 Seconds 2" or "Deadline Auto Theft" about a car I think was called the Slicer which could turn over other cars because of its shape and low profile. I don't know if this is what you are thinking of. I don't recall the guy with wings though.
