    Ballast problems
    I have a light with two mag. Ballasts 13 watt.One ballast doesn't work any more,how can you tell what is wrong. I have checked all wires and conections and used a new bulb.Still, one light doesn't work.

    The ballast is bad. They mostly open inside, sometimes short out. Nothing much more that a transformer.
