    Points to be notic for booking a flat
    Hi
    Can you help out , I have to purchase one flat from builder what are the point I have to notice or observed in the flat or in building , before purchase flat . :confused:

    Even with new construction hiring a home inspector is a good idea. The points to check are volumes and the inspector has al of it in his kit. If you do it on your own ask to see all permits and the final inspections.
