    Self esteem at its worse
I'm 19 now and all my life I have always been told I have beautiful hair. I used to take pride in that and felt even if things in life went horribly bad I at least know I am an attractive person. However now my hair is thinned drastically on the top and the back of my head and I feel ugly. Im afraid to go out in the sunlight bacause people will notice, I'm tired when I have to go to work because I was online looking for solutions up to 3 in the morning. I feel like my girlfriend will leave me at some point, I feel horrible... is there any solution? I wanted to try propecia but the dermalogist I wanted to go to is booked up for a while, and I need a prescription, I been waiting 3 months for a appointment which still hasn't happened and in the mean time I lose more hair. I read about rogaine foam and people talk about extreme shedding. I heard if you massage your head your head, it will stimulate blood flow and actually grow back your hair... but is there something I can honestly do... please... I have many problems in life and this is putting me on the brink of destruction..

You hair does not make you who you are.
If your girlfriend was bothered by your hair she probably wouldn't be your girlfriend.
I guess you are not wanting to discuss it with her?

If your baldness is hereditary there may be nothing you can do about it.
You could try vitamins for hair but again there is no guarantee your hair will ever grow back.

Some vitamins and supplements for hair are Folic Acid 800mcg, Biotin 200mcg, Pantothenic Acid 200mg, vitamin E, Zinc 30mg, Manganese 10mg, Choline 1000mg, Inositol 250mg, Para Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA)60mg

    # Magnesium - Works with calcium to promote healthy hair growth. Food sources: Green vegetables, wheat germ, whole grains, nuts, soy beans, chickpeas and fish. Daily dose: 280 mg.
    # Manganese - Prevents slow hair growth. Food sources: Whole grain cereals, eggs, avocados, nuts, seeds, beans, peas, fish, meat and chicken. Daily dose: 3-9 mg.
    # Potassium - Regulates circulation and promotes healthy hair growth. Food sources: Avocados, bananas, lima beans, brown rice, dates, figs, dried fruit, garlic, nuts, potatoes, raisins, yams and yogurt. Daily dose: 3,500 mg.
    # Selenium - Keeps skin and scalp supple and elastic. Food souces: Brewer's yeast, meat, fish, grains, tuna and broccoli. Daily dose: 55 mcg. Warnings: An excess of Selenium can be toxic, leading to the loss of hair, nails and teeth.
    # Silica - Strengthens hair and prevents hair loss. Food sources: Seafood, rice, soybeans, green vegetables. Daily dose: 55 mcg. Warnings: An excess of Selenium can be toxic, leading to the loss of hair, nails and teeth.
    # Sulfur (methyl-sulfonyl-methane or MSM) - Sulfur is a main component to hair's structure. Food sources: Onions, garlic, eggs, asparagus, meat, fish and dairy products. Daily dose: 1-3 g.
    # Zinc - Zinc and Vitamin A work together; a deficiency in either can lead to dry hair and oily skin. Food sources: Spinach, sunflower seeds, mushrooms, whole grains, red meat and brewer's yeast. Daily dose: 12 mg. Warnings: Too much can interfere with iron absorption

Also try using a PH balanced shampoo. Baby shampoo is PH balanced.

But there is NO guarantee that anything will stop or reverse baldness especially if it is hereditary.

I think this is suppose to contain all the essential hair vitamins but again I can not guarantee it. I never bought it, used it or anything. You can maybe check around your stores to see if there is a similar products
    Faster hair growth vitamins, shampoo

Also with some vitamins, supplements and minerals if you have health problems and are on medications it is best to check with your dr before taking them. For example, vitamin E, k and anti oxidents should be avoided if taking blood medications.

There are many options for preventing hair loss and also fixing the problem, from laser, to plugs to non surgical options but I agree with Nohelp4u being bald can be very sexy and if your girlfriend loves you she will not leave you. My boyfriend is young and also going bald and has opted to leave it to nature.
