Something that works but takes long
So I have been using G&G the pink lid with neoprosone gel, I am dark brown skin I stopped bleaching years ago, which I regret, I think I let my friends get the best of me, they started really complaining about how light I was getting. When I stopped they started, funny how people can be. Anyway when I stopped I got darker, so now I decided to start easy and natural now I have to figure how to lighten my feet. Just wanted to let you know that they work at least for me.

Friends are always jealous when someone lightens significantly.. why friends... even your siblings won't be able to bear it..
Its just natural human instinct.. I have a sibling who simply hates me because family has told him since childhood that his brother ( me ) has been so much lighter than him..
It bothers him so much, he goes all out making fun of me in public, and does not miss an opportunity when I tan etc. to spell it out in front of everyone .
If family can be like that, what do you think friends would be ? Best friends can be good to you , but common , compared to their own selves, you think they are going to be selfless towards you ? They will take every opportunity to make themselves feel better about themselves around you... this is just a plain simple fact of life

The moral of the story is that... DO Not GET INFLUENCED BY THE NEIGHBOUR OR FRIENDS SAYING IN TERMS OF LIGHTENING>
Someone a stragner would give you bettter input because he or she has never seen you before... and that colour to them is just a part of natural you !

It's sad how some people can be and quite scornful. What matters is your happiness. It's also sad when some people give praises to a lighter toned person and then scorn or make fun of a darker toned person. Even when someone is lightening, many people scorn it... but not tanning? This doesn't happen all of the time, but it is quite common and can distort society's views of beauty and colorism situations come into play...
So G&G really lighten well, how many shades lighter did you get by using it?

Yeah it's sad that people can accept that darker skin is just as beautiful. The only reason I started was to even out my arms because I noticed that some parts of my body were even than the rest. But G and G does not work by itself you have to mix it with something I used neoprosone, I know a lady who sells benoquin but after doing my research I chose to just use those two for now. I have lighten like one or two shades. But I haven't finished the bottle so we will see.

Sorry I meant to say that it's sad that people can't accept that darker skin is just as good, I have friends who are next to white and when we go out they get surprised when I get more attention I think it has to do with your natural beauty and confidence more than your skin tone. But I know a lot about bleaching so any questions feel free to ask.

Yeah, I have experienced situations similar to yours. What other skin lighteners did you use other that G&G. And what is neoprosone, isn't it a steroid? Right now I'm using Bio Claire for my face, which is also made by the same company who made G&G. I was wondering how well it works.

No I'm not using the one that's a steroid, it's the one without HQ and it only has arbutin in it. I notice that the "natural" products produce a healthier glow to your skin, but what really made me bright was a mixer of things, I have used clair liss, hypprogel, A3, mixed in with steroids, they all work if you do it right. But I really don't want my skin to look older before I reach that age, so now I'm more into having a Glow to my skin tone than having light skin. I use more expensive products on my face now and I get skin peels, once in a while.

Can you pm me the place you purchased your neoprosone? What was your original complexion and your new complexion (comparing it to a celebrity)?

Divaforlyfe, are you saying that neoprosone gel no longer contains steroids and only has arbutin in it?

Ok I might be wrong, But it seems that there are two products with the same name, one has steroids the other doesn't. The one I use does not list steroids, but I looked up neoprosone and two brands came up, the one from technopharma has a glittering sticker, that is the one with arbutin complex and does not list steroids, the other one does have steroids and it's from another company. I have noticed that skin lighthers can have the same name and not have the same chemicals. I get my neoprosone from guesso.com and trust me I'm not a seller or promoting the company, their customer service is good they always call me to let me know when I have ordered something that is not in stock instead of me having to go weeks and then find out. But do your research, I will call them tomorrow and ask.

It's probably best to stay away from both, because some companies do not post all of their ingredients on the list, especially if it's a steroid in there. They'll hide it in there if they can.
