    Theft under 5000
    Hi I got caught steeling from a clothing store they called the cops and they didn't arrest me but they put my name on their system. And I want to know would my name ever get cleared off the cops system? By the way I'm under age

    The most important thing is that you LEARN from this. Consider yourself very lucky, and go about your life. We all make stupid decisions and mistakes. This was yours. I wouldn't go to that particular store, well,. ever!

    There is no "cop" system, unlesss you go to court and are found guilty.

    You may be on a index card in some file. You will be put on the store system if you do it again.
