    Jiffy
I work at a jiffy lube and I was transfer from one store to another. I know and so does the district manager that the manage of the store doesn't like working with females. I was transfer after I had trouble with my babysitter and while I was moving( snigle parent). On numerous occasion when I have asked for days off he would disregard these and put me on the schedule. And if I was sick I would have to come in and work and if I miss a day he would change my schedule because he had to do more work because I was gone he never did tis to any other employee. Is there something I could do ?

If other male employess had to miss days because of babysitting issues and they were given days off, and he did not treat you the same, then there is possible grounds for a law suit.

I will note most business owners will only allow you to miss so many days in a month or 90 day period.
