    Please explain your situation, why you ask the question, your background or experience.

    You will need a clamp on amprobe to measure AC RMS Amps, along with the knowledge of working on live panels, the proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) rated for the voltage and arc flash rating of the equipment, and a Hot Work Permit from the owner.
