    Child custody in New Hampshire
We went to court. and have teporary residential resposibilaity for my boyfriends son for the past two years. The mother is bi-polar and has a lot of problems. He missed a lot of school while with her 42 days. The Gal recommends he stay in our care. She tried to make the court think that she can take care of him now. She came with letters saying that she is better now. Do you think they will take him form us? The Gal and his counselar thinks he should stay with us. We live in two different school dist.

No they won't just up and do that. At least they shouldn't. Your boyfriend can suggest that she has supervised visits and work up from there.
They shouldn't just up and turn everything over to her.
