    Prevailing wages & Bids
Hi, I own a Janitorial Company. I've done some post construction cleaning on and off also. I have the opportunity right now to work with a very good construction company doing post construction cleaning. Their requirements are: prevailing wages, insurance form CG2010 11/85 and weekly certified payroll.

I'm not familiar with these requirements or what to do to get them. Also I'm not quite sure how to bid for the jobs.

Can anywone give some information on this?

    Hi, Olimpia!

There is a person on this site who goes by the name of Stringer. He owns a very large cleaning company in the Chicago, IL area. His advice is second to none. I'll let him know about your post.

    Thanks!
