I'm 16 my boyfriend is 20 we got in troble for being with each other already if we get married will his charge lesson or will it make it worse? Will my parents get in troble for signing the papers?

Obviously it's not legal for the two of you to be together, so marriage is not a good idea.

Why would your parents consent to this?

When you say you got into trouble, what did that trouble entail?

Even if 16 is the legal age to get married in your location. You're too young to get married. What is the rush? Especially if there are still so many obstacles.

Why don't you focus on solidifying your relationship with your boyfriend first.

I am 16 my boyfriend is 20 we had sex and my parents new about it he is still in troble for it now to get him out of troble or have the name of a child malester and every thing else you can think of we have to get married a wife can not testafy agenst there husbend it still works out in the end but not really I have to get married at a yunge age and hopefuly not get pregnet so I can finish school... my addvice to you is that if you do do anything be careful and don't get cought it hurts when the one you love gets pulled away from you due to age :(

Second, it depends on where you live. The laws vary. But if he has gotten into trouble already its likely because the law in your area calls it statutory rape when an adult has sex with a minor.

He should have thought of this before he exploited a minor. And are you really saying your parents permitted you to have sex with a 20 yr old?
