    Need to understanding the laws of canada.
    If I was to have my crimnal records sealed or a petiton put in for not guilty on my crimes will I still Be admissible in Canada? Trying to get to my wife. She's is there alone :(

    I your not guilty your not guilty period it cannot be held against you because it did not happen. Best advice look up Canadian embassy they will have a section on immigration, all embassy's do.

    But u might be squeaky clean but they can still refuse entry if the so wish. Go to googly look up CANADIAN EMBASY get the gen from the horses mouth.
