Moving out of state after divorce
I live in Jacksonville, FL and my current employer is having me relocate for work and to make more money! However my divorce decree states that I can not move out of a 50 mile radius. So what do I need to do?

    Hello j:

There's a REASON why your divorce degree says that. I'm sure it's not to keep you prisoner, and I'm sure it's not to prevent advancement in your career.

I'll bet it's got something to do with visiting your children and/or your ex's ability to visit... So, why don't you tell us WHY it says what it says.

Once we know WHY you can't move, we'll tell you to move or we'll tell you not to.
