HOA refuses to repair mold and water damages.
The tenant above me caused mold and water damages to my home in excess of $18,000. The HOA is responsible for all damages within the walls. The HOA refuses to repair the damages. I've been displaced for 3 months and am unable to pay the HOA dues. I've submitted numerous complaints and a rrr letter of inquiry. What can I do?

Yes black mold is something you can sue for then with them not doing what they are responsible for seems like you have a sure case.

Didn't you have a homeowner's insurance on your property? You need to have your insurance company make the repairs and collect off the neighbor for the damages. If you had no homeowner's insurance, shame on you.
