    What are the chances of my sons father getting custody?
    My son will be 2 September 30. I found out I was pregnant when I was just 2 weeks pregnant. I told my sons father as soon as I found out. He told me to get an abortion. When I refused he said I would never see him again, and I haven't. He hasn't made any attempt to see us or call. What are his chances of him getting any kind of custody?

    Most likely he will stick to his word and never try and see him again so there is no chance of him getting or even going after custody if he isn't even wanting anything to do with him anyway.
