Well, There is a little saying "you want what you can't have".
The first sign of this was when you rejected him... He wanted you back, asking you to go out... and so on... but you had no interest and didn't care.
My advise for getting him to think...
Pretend you've moved on... All he needs to know is that you can make it with or without him, he needs to see that you have your own life, become that out going girl again, do things with your friends, don't let it show that it bothers you... and... this will bother him...
My advise to you...
Some of what you said, sounds like you may have done things with him that you didn't necessarily want to do??
If so, this is hard for a girls self-esteem. You shouldn't feel like you have to have intimate relations with a guy in order for him to like you, and if he was pushing you or making you feel that way... then he's not good boyfriend material.
Have fun with your friends and try to put him in the past... You will meet someone in the future who shares your same out going personality and you might find yourself a lot happier.
