    Prop 36 completion
    OK I have another question on prop 36. After I complete the program, does my felony get dismissed? And how long after completion am I off probation?

    It depends on the resolution. Were you convicted and sentenced to prop 36 or were you issued a continuation without finding pending completion of prop 36?

    As for how long after completion it takes to be off probation, it depends on how long the program takes and how long your probation is.

    I was convicted and sent to prop 36. It takes about 6months to complete and then I go back to court
