    Boss that is abusive
    Hello,
Hope I am in right place or can get directed in right place.
I have worked for a company for about 6 months and our boss is horrid.
While we are working she will dance and rub her body on us, poke us, play with our hair, and on and on.
If she don't like a worker she will talk down to them in front of everyone and mess with them, calling them crack heads and how their wet down below for a guy that works there and then she has even made a chair wet with wipes saying its from the girls thing being wet wanting the guy.
If someone calls off for a personal reason she tells everyone there what it is.
Were afraid to ask a question because we may get a humiliating answer.
Her boss has been made aware of it, but he said since the human resource manager likes her we may have problems. That we don't have enough against her.
Any input? Could we file charges and how? We have reached our end.

Bide your time and ignore her as best as you can. I have seen this situation countless times in offices and quite frankly it is downright nasty what some people can get away with since they know an upper management person or HR person. No amount of complaining will get rid of her unless she actually physically batters someone!

Look for another job as discreetly as possible and try and not to make too many waves until you can bail out of the USS NutCase Company.

    OR

Depending on how many people she has sexually harassed with her inappropriate attentions such as rubbing her body all over a coworker, you and those other employees may decide to consult with an attorney and file charges against her and the company for allowing the continuing sexual harassment. The fight will not be pleasant if you are still working there so be forewarned of possible retaliation of the company. Consult discreetly with an attorney on this matter.

Check with your employee handbook regarding any inappropriate sexual harassment and what they define the sexual harassment as. This should give you and your fellow coworkers who are daily trashed by this woman guidance on how to approach the attorney and what the attorney in turn can do to help.

Yes, you have a good case, ( esp if several workers will stick together and testify to this)

    1. report her to HER BOSS
    2. report it to the EEOC for sexual harassment

That is a real case of SEXUAL Harassment. Call the Better Business Bureau and look in your phone book for any agencies that can deal with sexual harassment and workplace discrimination in your area. After you talk to someone in authority file charges... All of the employees that have had to deal with these situations.

I don't see that the BBB has anything to do with this issue -

I would contact an Attorney who specializes in these cases. Protect your legal rights first.

How many other employees would be willing to come forward.
