    My moms divorse
    Hi my mom wants to get a divorse, but she isn't sure that her husband wants to they have been away from each other for 3 years and they hate each other what should she do with her half of the land

    Thanks also I am a 12 year old girl trying to help my mom with her topics and mine, any school topics are mine any others are hers

    If your mom wants a divorce then there isn't much her husband (your stepfather?) can do about it.

    As for her half of the land... if it is awarded to her in the divorce, she can do whatever she wants to with it. Selling it and using the cash for something else always proves to be a winning solution.

    If your mom wants to get divorced, she should seek a local lawyer who specializes in divorces.

    Your posts would be less confusing if you would say "my mother" instead of "I." Yesterday I couldn't understand (as you know) how a 7th grader could be renting an apartment and getting evicted.
