Hello.
Before 4-5 days of menstrual cycle I get irritated,angry ,emotional and this is happening not only before periods but also in regular days .
Becoz of my irritation and anger I'm spoiling my relationship not only with my parents but also with my fiancée... they always understand me but day by day the level of irritation and anger increasing a lot... y this is happening?? My age is 24.
My periods are very regular and I have anemia...
Kindly suggest me the solution to reduce my limitations.

You need to try taking a multi vitamin or a vitamin B complex to see if that helps stabilize your moods. You very likely have a nutritional imbalance. If you don't see an improvement after a couple weeks of taking a vitamin supplement go to the doctors and see if it is something more that they can treat.
I think there are PMS type pills you can take but I would go with the vitamins first.
Lack of some B vitamins really have a lot to do with our mood and attitude.

Try the vitamines first like nohelp said.

If they do not work, midol/pamprin can help control the mood swings as well.
