    Getting a passport
    My husband has a felony on his record but is not on probation or parole. He got the record 5 years ago for drug possession and we are not sure if he can get a passport. We have been under the impression that he can not get one but now we are not sure. Can someone please help us out. Can he get a passport or not?

    Most felonies are not relevant to a passport application. See the terms of the conviction regarding restrictions on international travel.
