I just got bitten, should I be concerned.
I just got bitten by a pit bull mix and it was deep enough to break skin but not enough to have to go to the ER. Is there anything else to be concerned about besides the bite itself?

Rabies. Do you know the dog enough to know it doesn't have rabies? Do you know the owners that you could ask them to prove it had rabie shots?

Did the dog get his rabbies shots... if not or you can't find out you need to go to the er and get treated. Have you had a tetnus shot. If not you need to get one.

You need to go to the er now and let them know and start treatment. If the dog had rabbies and you don't get treated it can and will be fatal

You were bitten by a stray. Yes, you should be somewhat concerned, especially since you don't know if it's had its shots, like the others said.
I would go to the doctor and get shots of your own, and ask them to clean it for infections.

The "somewhat" was sarcastic. I'll try to make my sarcasm more clear next time. >.> Sorry.

I'll reiterate what the others have said, time to go to the er and have this looked at.
Rabies is your main concern, infection can also occur.
Doctor, now.

Also have you called animal control and reported this attack and dangerous stray?
Any aggressive dog running loose is a recipe for trouble. You only received a minor bite but who's to say the next bite won't be a child or fatal? The dog may even be sick with an equally dangerous illness.
