I have a L1A visa. My I-94 is for 3 years. Do I have to file anything to immigration after the first or second years ?

If you are in the US and the company wants you to stay beyond the date on the I-94, then the company needs to file an extension of status before your I-94 expires.

The only requirement you have is to file the AR-11 for any change of address.

I trust this was responsive to your inquiry.
