    Wiring Hunter Ceiling Fan Remote
    I have a hunter fan universal remote model 27144 I am trying to install. The wiring diagram does not match what I have. No pullchain.

    Here are the details:

    Ceiling-Black wire, white wire

    Remote-1 white-commonout, 1 white-neutral, 1 black-fan, 1 black-live in, 1 red-light

    Fan-1 white, 1 black with white tracer (both of these are separate wires. 4 wires in shathing-1 pink, 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 grey

    Can anyone tell me how to wire this? Thanks in advance.

    You can't use this remote with this fan. The fan would have come with it's own remote receiver. What make is the fan?
