My brothers ex girlfriend is refusing to let him see there 2 year old, what can he do
My brother recently broke up with his girlfriend. They have a 2 year old girl together, and when they split, she refused to let him see her. I need to know if this is legal in the state of Florida or if he can see her all he wants. The girl keeps harassing him about the baby and won't lay off , what can he do legally to get his baby back.
