    Small mobil park

    Hello,
I live in a small mobil park community and the " park manager" has every nite a camp fire and the ones that go up to it and sit and give her the area gossip is never bothered - they and their friends can come and go as fast as they wish not a word is said. Their garage is literally picked up inside their house, etc, Last Thursday I had a few errans to run and was not home the manager waited till i was not home to come on to my property that i pay every month never late - and none of the stuff that was complained about from a letter from the owner can be seen from the road - plus the neighbors told me she came on my property the date and time. Isnt there any protection from people just coming on my property = isnt that what i pay for when i pay the payments each month? I dont the owner any amount of money at all for anything. She also told him there is a car that is not registated = i would like to know how she knows this when all my cars are plated - if they are plated they have insurance, registration, etc.
    thank you for any help.
    oops =
i live in Sullivan County New York
    Livingston Manor

please reply to this = thank you

First, if you live in a Mobile Home park, you don't own the property. You may own your mobile home, but you are renting the property it sits on.

You need to check the lease, but I suspect it gives the park management the right to enter the lot you rent probably at any time. If you are also renting the home, they can enter the home with reasonable notice.

As to how they know you have an unregistered car, it could be they have a friend on the local police force who ran the plates.
