    Credit attorney website
I hired a company, credit attorney [online] to help cleanup my credit report by getting my creditors on my credit report to validate the debts [a couple have been removed so far]. Experian sent a letter back saying they would not release the info, is this a violation? Wondering because not but 45 or more days later I get a summons with 30 days to answer and am being called the garnishee by a company that purchased providian. Thanks for any info.

Providian has no obligation to deal with anyone but you.

They do not have to make arrangements outside the contract.

Basically you paid this company to do what you can do free, there are 1000's of these types of companies that take advantage of people all the time.

All you do is write them and challenge any debt that is not valid. Since it is not proper to challenge a debt that is valid.
