    Put in the middle
    So my dad is married with 2 kids with my step mom, and it took me and her a long time to finally get along.

    I was a daddy's girl and she took him away, ( well that's how I felt when I was 8). Anyway. They have been together now for almost 14 years and she is like another mother to me.

    I found out a couple weeks ago the my dad is seeing another woman, but she is only 2 years older than I am. Granted he is only 41, but she is 24!! And I am suppose to keep this a secret and it hurts me to know that and I can only imagine how she is going to feel when she finds out. What can I do?

    Not to mension, the girl that he is seeing is pregnant by another man!!

    Talk to your dad about it and see what's going on! Let him know that you are uncomfortable keeping this from your stepmom, and that you are sad and disappointed that he would cheat.

    Also, ask him how he would feel if a 40 year old was dating you. You can ask him to either stop seeing the girl, or tell your stepmom.

    But ultimately, it's his decision. I'm sorry you're in such a tough spot.

    I did ask him about me seeing a 40 year old and he said that he doesn't care as long as he treats me right. But him and this girl are always argueing and because she is pregnant she can't take her bipolar meds. I wish I never asked him, he told me because he didn't want to lie. He has always been a cheater, always will be. I just hope what they say isn't true. You marry your dad. I have always dated guys that cheat on me, except the guy I am with now and we have been together for 2 years and talking about marriage, and we are saving up for a house.
