    Want to sell property but cannot locate some co-owners
    My family owns some property in Alabama along with several other distant cousins. Despite our efforts, we have not been able to locate some of the cousins. How can we possibly sell the land without their signatures? Will we have to quiet title first?

    Have you tried hiring a private investigator to locate them?
