    Find out MORTGAGE on a home
    Can I find out or where to find out the mortgage on a home that my ex and I own. The mortgage was in both names and I was to see if it is or not.I don't have the name or account number .can I find this out

    They should send you a statement every month.

    Have you considered asking your ex? If its in your name too, pull a copy of your credit reports... it will be reported there too.

    Mortgages are filed with your County Clerk - check there.

    You may have to go to the office in person.
