Expense not recorded in previous year
My CPA has discovered that I did not record a $200 expense last year, do I enter the expense in the current year to the expense acct?

Technically, no. But $200 is a pretty minor amount of money so I'd just charge it to this year, unless there's some really good reason not to.

Why didn't your CPA just tell you what to do with it, or fix it him/herself?

I didn't file for last year because I didn't work much, so this year I filed on line and input 2 accounts with my tax info. I made an account for '06 and one for '05. My '05 never went through but my '06 did?? Could it be because that site was only for '06? What do I do now?
