    Statue of limitation
    Was filed a litigation court charge to pay for an insurance cost for a car involved in a right-off accident. It was a my fault accident. Is there a statue of limitation in Ontario, Canada

    When did the accident occur? You say the accident was a "write-off"; are you positive that your insurance did not pay the other driver and vice versa?
