Oh then another week passes it finally over and what do you know... period again. EVERY OTHER WEEK. IT'S NO JOKE.. IT'S NO FUN.. AND IM VERY DEPRESSED. I called the health depo when it first started and they had no imformation to give me... just like usual.
Details:I'm 19 years old
100 lbs.
Not on any birth control pills.
(had the shot a while back.. never went back)
& I have sex regularly.
NO comments on how I need to see a Gyno or doctor.

I afraid I can't think of any natural way to regulate your periods,
If you have no underlining health issues, the pill taken daily may help.
Even though you have said no comments on seeing a doctor,I feel it's the only way for you to go.
Maybe another poster will have other suggestions.
Best of luck.

Yes I have had pap smears. Ugh I'm thinking about just losing a bunch of weight. I hear that if your under a certain weight you lose your periods all together.

Your thinking about losing a bunch of weight?
Or you have lost a bunch of weight?
Either way,the only person who can really get to the bottom of this is your doctor..

Wow, definitely not the way to go about this.
Losing a lot of weight is no guarantee to losing your periods.
Anorexia is not something to be joked around with.
I don't care if you don't want to see a doctor you need to see one, both a GP and a therapist.
Most likely he will prescribe you with the pill to regulate your periods as long as there is no other medical cause.
