How early can you feel pregnant?
Like signs that you are?
It feels cramed sometimes?

It's different for everyone and every pregnancy! With mine the first symptom I had was frequent urination. I would go pee and then as soon as I leave the bathroom I was running right back! Only to have nothing come out! I though I had a bladder infection... it wasn't even close to being able to take a test.. it must have been the first week or 2 after I conceived! Breast tenderness and nausea were among the first after I found out I was actually pregnant. But like I said It's different for everyone.. Some people get every symptom possible and others get no symptoms at all!

Also I can't forget fatigue! I must have slept at least 15 hours a day for the first month or so! But that's ME it might be different for you or someone else!

Well I have been peeing a lot, but I usually do sometimes pee more then others.
It feel different like down near my stomach and like I have a few cramps, well I don't know if you would say its cramps. Doesn't hurt just feels different.
Also can you know with in a week or two that you are pregnant?

A week or two after you had sex or a week or two after pregnancy occurs?

I didn't feel pregnant until I was around 2 months along. It's different for everyone though.

Some women want so badly to be pregnant that every little twitch becomes a symptom.

Yea, I've read a lot of posts and every one is any little thing is a symptom.
So, I was wondering if there was anyway to know as soon as it happens?
Ill probably just have to wait and see and take a test.

Sore breasts for me with both my kids was the big clue.
It happened maybe a week after a missed period.
Remember that many P.M.S. Symptoms are similar to pregnancy symptoms.

The thing with that frequent urination thing is I would have that tingling sensation like I need to pee soooo bad.. even right after I just went. There is no way to tell for certain until you take a test or go to the DR all you can do is play the waiting game ;)

Well I think its 8 days before my period.
I'm not positive so I'm going to wait to I think its 5 days before my period and take a test to see.
I feel fine now, I just didn't know if there were any for sure signs to look for.

I have always had the same sign, and this is birth number 4 for me. MIGRAINE!:( Then my breasts start tingling, then I feel the need to fall asleep mid-conversation.

I get headace close to my period every month. But I actually have one today.
