    Children's fantasy film involving flat woman and a park?
    I cannot for the life of me remember what this film is called. I remember it involves a carriage in a park and then a woman (actress I thought was candice bergen but was wrong in my search, now unsure) becomes flat from a spell in an eccentric house. She's a bad woman. I cannot remember anything else other than I believe it was done in the 90's. It is possible that the flat lady is not the bad guy and that she was turned that way by the bad woman. Please help if you have any idea what I am talking about! Many thanks!
