    Convictions in canada
    Hey guys
    Real quick Question
    To be convicted in CANADA... you would have to go through the whole court system and the judge would have to say your convicted fro such and such right?
    Is there another way you can have a criminal record?
    (might seem a stupid question but I don't know anything about laws)
