    What are a mothers rights if the parents aren't married for a minor child
    What are a mothers rights in va if the parents aren't married and the father kicked mother out of his house.

    What type of rights are you looking for? The woman would have to be evicted (if her name is not on the lease/deed). She can't just be locked out. She is also entitled to child support (you say "mother" so I assume there is at least one child involved) and that is ordered through the Family Court in Virginia as part of a Petition for Support/Custody.

    Or are you asking about something else?
