    Dog with odd nipple
My 8 year old cocker spaniel/poodle has an odd shaped nipple. We took her to the vet about 5 years ago and he said 'she was a dog being a dog'. The nipple generally is dry, raisin-like but today I notice it's 'full' and there is some brown crust in her hair nearby. The skin is not discolored. Any advice?

I would be taking her to another vet.

It could be signs of an infection or worse.
