    Cd drive doesn't open picture file
    My CD drive doesn't work when I insert disk in Cd drive it becomes busy.. why?

    Does it do this with all discs or just one in particular?

    If just this one, make sure disc is clean (no smudges or scratches)
    Just clean as best you can

    If still problem, try to use in another computer and then copy to something else so you can get it back to your computer
