    Annulled marriages
    How long do you need to be separated for before you can get your marriage annulled is it 3 or 5 years

    This is impossible to answer without knowing where you live. In California, for example, you don't need to be separated any period to file for annulment; but annulment is not available unless you have specific grounds to request it. And a marriage of short duration is not a reason.
