    Maytag Neptune Model MDG4000AWW no pilot no heat
    The pilot is not lit therfore there is no heat what steps should I take or what parts should be replaced thanks so much

    Usually it is the glow coil or ignitor that is defective. Your unit does not have a pilot light it uses a ignitor that glows to cause the gas to light.
