    Dating while still married
    In the state of Georgia can you start dating before a divorce is completed? There is not a legal separation in place.

    Whether it is legal or not everybody that wants to do it does it. The laws about things like this are archaic and nobody enforces it.

    If you want to know if it is a good idea most people would say no because you should take time to get your feet on the ground and have YOU time before jumping into another relationship.

    There is nothing that prevents you from dating while full on married except your own morality. There are some states where infidelity can be grounds for divorce, but its tough to prove and usually makes little difference.
