    Oil versus acrylic latex
    I'm painting a stairwell that will have quite a bit of traffic I believe the first paint was oil I'm scraping the latex that peeled what would be the best to re do with and what kind of primer would be best

    If you have oil with latex on top of it then stay with acrylic enamel latex.
